Our goal is to help your transaction run as smoothly as possible and have a “problem free closing”. In addition, I utilize an electronic contract system designed to help simplify and streamline the document process. This makes it easier for us to work with those that may be out of town or have a schedule where it is difficult to address time sensitive documents in person. But of course, I do use good ole blue ink and paper when preferred.
